CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All disputes subject to Jhansi jurisdiction.
Cancelling an Order:
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Once an order has left our facility we are
unable to issue a return/refund/exchange, we cannot make any exception to this policy.
However, if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by
sending an email to care.gspk@gmail.com. We provide a 24-hour time frame
for cancellations from the time of purchase.
A cancellation charge of 3% of the
amount paid will be applicable if the customer wants to cancel the order within 24
hours. The amount after 3% deduction will be refunded to the account of the consignee
within 7 working days.
There is no Warranty or Guarantee for the products manufactured in other countries, in the case of manufacturing defects, we will offer only repair service.
Warranty for the products manufactured in India is to be claimed with the manufacturer as per the manufacturer’s policy. We will only offer repair services in case of any defects.
Returns and Cancellation for Prepaid orders:
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, however, if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email to care.gspk@gmail.com. A cancelation charge of 3% will be applicable and the balance amount will be refunded to the account of the consignee within 7 working days.
Returns and Cancellation for COD Orders:
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, however, if the consignee wants to
cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email
to care.gspk@gmail.com.
If
the consignee has placed a Cash on delivery order and fails to accept it at the time
of delivery or cancels the order after it is shipped from our facility, the advance
amount paid will not be refunded.
Defective Products:
Because we are unable to accept returns or refunds, every gun we sell will undergo a
thorough quality review before they are shipped out. We cannot assume responsibility for
damage caused by altering or modifying the gun. We do however offer repair services that
may include a cost to you, if you need repair service on a gun you bought from us please
raise a service request on our website by filling the contact
form under the support category or email us
on care.gspk@gmail.com and we will be glad to help.
For
exchanging a product, kindly refer to the exchange policy mentioned below.
Eligible for Exchange:
An item may be eligible for exchange within 24 Hours after delivery if it fulfils one or
more of the following conditions:
– Package is damaged by the courier
– Has missing parts or accessories
– Is different from what was
ordered
In the above cases please send a picture/video of unboxing the product
to care.gspk@gmail.com. We shall provide you a return no. &
label for exchange. Accordingly, once the product is received and the quality check is
done, the exchange shall be processed within 72 hours if it meets the above conditions
during the quality check.
Original documents sent with the order are also to be
submitted to get the product exchanged.
Not Eligible for Exchange:
An item will not be eligible for exchange if it falls under any one or more following conditions:
– Not requested for exchange within the specified time i.e., within 24 hours after
delivery.
– If product is damaged, altered, tampered, missing items or
otherwise used.
– If the unboxing video of the product is not provided.
